# How We Work | Our Development Process | GTS Infosoft

The fastest way to lose trust on a software project is to go quiet. So we don't. From the first call to the last release, you get short sprints, a working demo every week, and a lead you can actually message during your day.

Here's the path a typical project takes with us — and what you get out of each step.

## Our process, step by step
- **1. Discovery** — We dig into what you're building, who it's for and what success looks like. You come out with a clear scope, not a vague 'we'll figure it out as we go'.
- **2. Fixed estimate & plan** — Before anyone writes code, you get a written estimate, a delivery plan and a named team. No open-ended meter running in the background.
- **3. Design & architecture** — UI/UX and the technical architecture get sorted early — wireframes, flows and the stack — so we're building on a foundation you've signed off on.
- **4. Agile build** — Development runs in short sprints. Each one ends with a working demo, a shared board you can see, and a build you can click through yourself.
- **5. QA & hardening** — ISO 9001:2015 QA runs alongside the build, not bolted on at the end — functional, edge-case and real-device testing before anything ships.
- **6. Launch** — We handle the App Store / Play Store submission, production deployment and the release checklist, then watch closely through the first days live.
- **7. Support & iterate** — After launch we stick around — bug fixes, monitoring and the next round of features, on whatever cadence suits you.

## How we stay in sync
- **Weekly demos** — You see real, running software every week — not a status slide. It's the honest way to track progress.
- **Direct engineer access** — Message the people building your product during your working hours. No account-manager telephone game.
- **Shared boards & source control** — Your board, your repo, your visibility. Check status and spend whenever you want.
- **Your IP from day one** — NDAs on request, full source access throughout, and a complete IP handover at the end. It's your product.

## FAQ

### How involved do I need to be?
As much or as little as you like. Some clients join every sprint demo and review daily; others read the weekly update and trust us with the rest. Either works — the process is built to be transparent so you can dip in whenever.

### What time zone do you work in, and will we overlap?
We're in India (IST) and run an early shift, so we overlap mornings in the US and afternoons in Australia. There's always a live window each day for standups, demos and decisions.

### What if the scope changes mid-project?
It usually does, and that's fine. On dedicated-team and staff-augmentation models we just re-prioritise the backlog. On fixed-scope projects we agree a small change order so both sides stay clear on cost and timeline.

### Do you sign NDAs and hand over the code?
Yes to both. We'll sign your NDA before we see anything sensitive, you get source-control access from the start, and full IP plus a clean handover are part of every engagement.
