Most agencies hide their rates behind a 'contact us'. We won't. Our senior offshore engineers start at roughly USD 20 an hour, and what you pay from there depends on the size of the team, the seniority mix and how long you need us — not on how big your logo is.

Below is how we bill, what's baked into the rate, and rough ranges by project type. If you'd rather just get a number for your idea, tell us what you're building and we'll send back a fixed estimate.

## Three ways to work with us
- **Dedicated team** — A senior squad — engineers, a lead, QA — assigned to you full-time and billed monthly. Best when you have a roadmap and want a team that owns it end to end.
- **Staff augmentation** — Drop one or more of our engineers into your existing team, billed per person per month. Best when you know exactly which skills you're short on and want to run the work yourself.
- **Fixed-scope project** — We scope the build, agree a price and milestones, and deliver to them. Best for a well-defined MVP or a project with a clear finish line and a set budget.

## What the rate includes
- **Senior engineers, not juniors** — The people on your project have shipped production apps. No bait-and-switch to a rotation of trainees once the contract's signed.
- **Project management** — A lead who runs sprints, sends weekly updates and stays reachable in your working hours — folded into the rate, not billed on top.
- **QA built in** — ISO 9001:2015 QA runs alongside development, so testing isn't a surprise phase you pay extra for at the end.
- **Your code, your IP** — Full source-control access from day one and complete IP handover at the end. What we build for you is yours.

## FAQ

### Is the $20/hour rate real, or a teaser?
It's real — it's where our senior offshore engineering starts. The blended rate on a project ticks up a little with the seniority mix (architects, AI specialists), but there's no jump to a hidden 'agency rate' once you sign.

### Do you do fixed-price projects or only hourly?
Both. For a well-defined build we'll quote a fixed price against a clear scope and milestones. For evolving products, a monthly dedicated team or staff augmentation usually works out cheaper and more flexible.

### What's not included in the rate?
Third-party costs that are yours either way — app-store fees, cloud hosting, paid APIs, SMS/email providers and the like. We flag those up front so nothing lands as a surprise.

### How do payments work?
Usually monthly for dedicated teams and staff augmentation, or milestone-based for fixed-scope projects. We keep invoices itemised and in plain English.
