GTS Infosoft LLP is a software development and IT services company. We provide digital products and services — custom software, mobile and web applications, UI/UX design, and digital marketing — that are delivered electronically. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods, and therefore no physical shipping, courier, freight, or delivery charges apply to any of our services.
Because our deliverables are digital, "delivery" means giving you access to the agreed software, source code, designs, credentials, accounts or reports through electronic means — for example source-control repositories, cloud platforms, application or website deployment, email, or shared drives. What we deliver, and how, is set out in your project proposal, statement of work, or service agreement.
Delivery schedules for projects and services are agreed in writing before work begins and are tracked through milestones and regular sprint demos. Any change to scope or timeline is communicated to you and, where relevant, confirmed as a change request. As no physical shipment is involved, delivery timelines for physical goods do not apply; timelines refer only to the digital delivery of the agreed work.
Since our services are custom-built and delivered digitally, there is no exchange or return of physical goods. Any request relating to revisions, changes, cancellation or refund of a service is governed by your agreement with us and by our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Please review that policy for the applicable terms.
We work with clients across India and internationally, and all delivery is carried out entirely through digital channels. The same electronic-delivery terms apply regardless of your location, and there are no cross-border shipping charges or customs, as nothing is physically shipped.
