Overview
Food Dudes connects customers with local restaurants and gets the food there on time. The platform splits into a dedicated Customer App for ordering and a separate Driver App for fulfillment — a setup that's made it a top choice across the Midwest.
The Challenge
Food delivery lives or dies on coordination between customers, restaurants and drivers, with real-time tracking and efficient routing holding it together. The client needed a high-performance system that could scale, keep order completion times down, and keep drivers on the road and engaged.
What GTS Built
GTS built two purpose-built native apps on a Node.js and MySQL platform. Customers order easily and track their food live; payments are secure and take several methods; drivers get AI-driven route optimization. Delivery got simpler for everyone — customers, restaurants and drivers alike.
