Resume AI, candidate profiling, AI interviews and real-time communication all live in one ecosystem.
The Challenge
Job seekers can't reliably produce ATS-friendly resumes, and interview prep is mostly guesswork. Recruiters, meanwhile, sit under piles of unranked applicants. Both sides needed something objective in the middle — an AI-assisted bridge that scores fit and surfaces the right matches.

GTS built a two-sided platform. Candidates get an AI resume builder, ATS optimisation and AI interview practice with scoring. Recruiters get intelligent candidate discovery, a fit-score ranking engine and automated interview evaluation.
