The AI-driven recommendations account for the property's type, its age and where it sits, so homeowners plan maintenance instead of reacting to it.
The Challenge
Homeowners defer maintenance until something breaks, then scramble to find a decent service provider. A checklist app wasn't going to fix that. The product had to be genuinely proactive — anticipating tasks, not just listing them.
What GTS Built
GTS built a cross-platform app where AI generates maintenance plans and predictive alerts specific to each property. Recurring tasks run themselves. Homeowners get connected to nearby providers through Google-based discovery, with full maintenance history and reminders behind it.
