Healthbotics is an AI-powered healthcare assistant that provides personalised health guidance through conversational interactions. Users communicate via text and voice while receiving contextual recommendations, multilingual support and intelligent healthcare assistance powered by AI.

Health guidance needs to be accessible, private and natural to use — including by voice and in multiple languages — while keeping conversations contextual rather than one-off lookups.

What GTS Built

GTS built a voice-first assistant combining speech-to-text, an LLM reasoning layer and text-to-speech, with context-aware conversations and multilingual support, so users can simply speak their symptoms and receive personalised, conversational guidance.
