Healthbotics is an AI healthcare assistant that delivers personalised health guidance through conversation. Users type or speak; the assistant answers with contextual recommendations, supports multiple languages, and keeps the exchange feeling like a discussion rather than a search box.
The Challenge
Health guidance has to be accessible, private and natural to use — by voice, and in more than one language. It also has to hold context. One-off lookups don't cut it when someone's describing symptoms over several turns.
What GTS Built
GTS built a voice-first assistant that chains speech-to-text, an LLM reasoning layer and text-to-speech. Conversations stay context-aware and multilingual, so a user can simply say what's bothering them and get personalised guidance back in plain speech.
