Phlenu Delivery is a quicker, more secure alternative to traditional carriers. It handles same-city pickups and cross-border deliveries on the same platform, connecting customers, businesses and licensed drivers — and it's live for customers across Ghana and Nigeria.
The Challenge
On-demand delivery in emerging markets needs dependable dispatch, honest pricing and real-time visibility, and infrastructure varies a lot from one region to the next. The driver side mattered just as much: couriers had to be able to earn on their own terms.
What GTS Built
GTS built a multi-sided delivery platform: advanced dispatch and routing, several delivery modes (bicycle, motorbike and more), scheduled deliveries and multiple payment methods. Customers track their packages in real time. Drivers get their own app and flexible earnings.
