Overview
TimeLee is a native iOS and Android reminder and task app built around real phone-call escalation, so reminders actually get answered instead of ignored. Alarms, to-dos, repeating medication schedules, calendar events, and location triggers all funnel into one escalation engine. When it really matters, TimeLee places an actual phone call. It shipped live on the App Store and Google Play.
The Challenge
Most reminder apps stop at a push notification, which gets swiped away, muted, or buried on a lock screen within seconds. For time-critical moments like medication, appointments, and deadlines, a silent badge offers no real urgency or escalation. Time-only reminders also miss location-based moments, and alarms, to-dos, and calendars live in fragmented, separate apps.
What GTS Built
GTS built a unified reminder platform where alarms, to-dos, recurring schedules, calendar events, and location triggers all share one notification and escalation pipeline. The call-first escalation engine moves from notification to in-app call to a real outbound phone call using Twilio, with multi-attempt fallback logic for reliability. GTS engineered native Swift and Kotlin apps backed by PHP, MySQL, and AWS, with geofencing, calendar sync, and premium-trial subscription logic.
