Overview
Zeitview Inspect® is a mobile app for solar site technicians to efficiently inspect, verify, and resolve thermal anomalies in photovoltaic (PV) systems. It pairs aerial thermography reports with on-site verification, navigation, and real-time collaboration. The app has surpassed 1K+ downloads.
The Challenge
Solar technicians needed to act on aerial thermography findings in the field, locating affected assets, documenting anomalies, and coordinating teams without slow, error-prone manual tracking. Maintenance and warranty records were hard to keep accurate.
What GTS Built
GTS built a React Native app on a PHP and MySQL backend with WebSockets and GPS mapping, enabling thermal anomaly verification against Zeitview aerial reports, GPS-powered asset navigation, real-time team collaboration, and a live performance dashboard with alerts. This reduced anomaly resolution time and improved data accuracy.
